BRAVO'S TOP CHEF OPENS MATCH IN POMONA

(July 9, 2008- Los Angeles, CA) CHEF BRIAN, who you know from the first season of Bravo's hit TV series, TOP CHEF, opens his new restaurant MATCH BBQ & GRILL in Pomona, CA, this Sunday, July 13th with a blowout grand opening. Brian's specialty and passion is mixing exotic herbs and seasonings into every meal, which he has done so over at MATCH, fusing BBQ into his innovative and flavorful dishes of Classic American, Euro and Caribbean cuisine.

"This has been a long awaited dream that's finally here," says Brian, "I want people to experience all the flavors that I love, and be able to bring a piece of Hollywood over to Pomona."

Chef Brian, known as the celebrity chef to the stars, made his start as a chef working in small cafes, four-star restaurants and grand hotels in Washington, DC, Miami Beach and Beverly Hills. Moving to Southern California in 2002 from Washington DC, Brian started catering parties for friends and soon enough word quickly spread of his savory dishes, and celebrities such as Eddie Murphy, Mary J. Blige, Sean P.Diddy Combs, Mariah Carey, Mekhi Phifer, Chante Moore, Kenny Latimore, Angie Stone, Lennox Lewis and Tichina Arnold came knocking.

Currently MATCH BBQ & GRILL is in the process of expansion into the greater Los Angeles area and plans to go nation wide in the next few years as locations become available.
