The Ban of Baggy Pants and Saggin

When will people realize that saggin' and baggy pants are part of Hip Hop Culture. Just like Cross Color, Eraser cuts, cube cuts Hip Hop has been an influence on culture and our youth throughout the years, but the question is where is it too far? Is it ever too far, no not really it is an expression of individuality of ones identity and for a county in the US who has now banned saggin' is utterly ridiculous. Saggin' isn't a black thing, it's a cultural thing everybody is influenced by music and culture that is what our society is structured on and for people to change something they don't like, well it's not their place to even begin. We should have to fight for the right to sag in the US but it's becoming more and more of an issue. Saggin is many things, it's country, it's thug, it's hood, it represents the streets,it's who you are and saggin' can be sexy. Whatever the case saggin' is an individual choice and should be one of the worlds and our countries freedoms of expression.

We are not a communist country ...we believe in freedom of speech and freedom of expression. Our country is brought up on Capitalism and freedom and for a county to ban something as clothing out right wrong. It is a $500.00 dollar fine is you are caught wearing your pants saggin'. This really needs to stop and American needs to wake up and see what is happening around the country, because if they are doing it there, it's only a matter of time before they gonna try and ban it in your area. Stand up for your believes, and believe it or not things in congress and politics tend to work best when people stand up on paper. Make a protest have 10,000.00 people sign what you believe and take it to congress or your community leader and stand your ground, you will get further.
Now as for saggin' just like back in the day it's OK if you can't do it at school. That's understandable. they did then and they gonna do it now, but for everyday. It's a free country and everyone is entitled to wear what they want, when they want, and how they want. It's called freedom of expression and baggy pants or saggin' is just another generations way of expression influenced by culture today and for the elders, well you have to recognize it. you don't have to understand it, just know and if it's not your thing then OK, fine you had your thing in your day now it's their time. It's called evolution people let people live it for now cause you only get it this one time and you better make the best use of your time no matter how long you are around.

Finally, for those of you who just know better and you should have turned in the Hip Hop Card. Men this is you there comes a time when you grow up and the saggin' is for 11ish to mid 30's but past that you need to turn in the card. Same goes for throwbacks, and hip hop gear that is just to young for you. If you reaching trying to grasp that youth you once had, remember the key thing is the word had, so with that said realize your age you can still be young, you can still be stylish, but you need to be real with yourself.
