Casting will begin early next month for Janet Jackson's untitled reality competition project from 25/7 Productions and Wright Crear Management. In this series, Janet will be mentor and help launch the career of a new talent. Auditions are open to males and females who are at least 16 years old and appear to be between 16 and 22 years old and have a genuine combo talent as a singer and dancer.
